ADVANCE BOOKING
Priority booking for Friends of the Festival opens on 16 July and tickets go on general sale on 22 July.
Book online at anytime or by phone on 01491 575948 between 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.

BOOKING DURING THE FESTIVAL
From Saturday 28th September to Sunday 6th October, book in person at the box office in the Festival Hub, Market Place, RG9 2AQ (open from 9:30am daily – see p.4-5 for more information) or via the contact details above.

On Thursday 3rd October, the box office will move to the Festival Office, RG9 2DG (next to the Citizens Advice Bureau, opposite the side of the Town Hall) for that day only.

Tickets can only be collected from the box office, so please allow enough time to visit the box office before your event starts.

TICKET INFORMATION
Waiting lists will be available for all sold-out events. If any tickets are released or exchanged, the waiting list will be contacted by email only and tickets will be sold to those who purchase on a first come first served basis, as the waiting list is not saved in order. Waiting lists do not apply when the festival begins. During the festival if any tickets are released they will be sold at the box office. We also advise seeing if there are any tickets on the door at the venues during the festival – for these it is best to bring cash.
Book clubs and other groups should contact the Box Office on 01491 575948 for multi-buy discounts.
Children under two years old do not require a ticket for any event unless otherwise specified.
Children must be accompanied by a paying adult to all events
A booking fee of £2 will be applied per transaction – whether made online, by phone or in person at the box office.
Postage of tickets is charged at £2 per order. Alternatively, you can choose to collect your tickets for no additional fee from the Festival Hub Box Office between Saturday 28th September and Sunday 6th October (or the Festival office onThursday 3rd October only).

PARKING
If you are driving to Henley, please allow plenty of time to find a parking space. Please use one of the public car parks around Henley, Kings Road RG9 2DG max 3 hours, Greys Road RG9 2FA max 3 hours, Henley Station RG9 1AY all day, Rugby Club RG9 2JA all day until 7pm.There is limited visitor parking at Phyllis Court for those attending events there.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event in question has been cancelled. Events are subject to change and Henley Literary Festival cannot be held responsible for programming changes. Seating is unreserved. Doors open a maximum of 30 minutes before each event; doors may open early at the discretion of the venue manager.
